L'album et son titre ont été inspirés par la photographie utilisée pour la pochette. Il s'agit des doutes, des interrogations et de l'angoisse d'un homme sur l'évolution du monde, sur la vie, sur son sens, sur ce qu'il croit et sur ce qu'il pense. Si le premier morceau est sombre et violent, le dernier ouvre une porte d'espérance.

The album and its title were inspired by the photograph used for the cover. It is about doubts, questions and angst of a man about the evolution of the world, about life, about its meaning, about what he believes and about what he thinks. If the first piece is dark and violent, the last one opens a door of hope.
